Ennepetaler Schneid- und Mähtechnik's long-term experience and innovative company spirit were incorporated into the development of the VERTI-2-FLAIL mower system. The result is a completely new and patented mowing technology for professional use. The use of ESM VERTI-2-FLAIL Mowers has proven itself for years in municipal use, in professional landscape management and in various special operations. The professional cutting system is the ideal tool for professional extensive maintenance of lawns and other green areas. Even work in forest and vineyard can be conducted extremely reliably and efficiently with ESM VERTI-2-FLAIL technology. The minimal amount of force necessary to operate the system, results in corresponding low fuel consumption. The economically and ecologically favourable features of the VERTI-2-FLAIL system pay off especially when large areas need to be mowed regularly. Here, the low energy consumption is significant and makes the system an active contribution to environmental protection. ESM VERTI-2-FLAIL systems are available in cutting widths of 65, 80 and 122 cm, and are compatible with various drive systems. As with all ESM cutting systems the VERTI-2-FLAIL mowing system is equipped with high quality and durable components. The general company requirement to produce mowing technology in uncompromising professional quality is combined with a new knife and knife carrier function. The result is superior cutting and chopping and at the same time up to 25% lower consumption compared to conventional flail mowers. Oscillating special blades shred the clippings finely and cleanly and are insensitive to foreign objects. Special emphasis was also placed on ensuring high work safety. The integrated automatic blade brake according to DIN 12733 for walking tractors meets the highest standards in this regard. A further very important aspect that was considered in the design of the ESM VERTI-2-FLAIL, is the user friendliness of the system. The slim and easy to manage cutting system can be equipped with the additional option “sliding plates”, which further improves manoeuvrability.
