Ziegler Harvesting is a division of Ziegler GmbH, which specializes in the production and sales of high quality harvest technologies. Ziegler GmbH is a privately owned company in its third generation, based in Bavarian Pottmes near Augsburg. In addition to harvesting technology there are further divisions (engineering, automotive, car dealership) in the Ziegler business spectrum. In the area of harvesting and agricultural technology, the company can look back at an over 50 year history. The first Ziegler products for this area entered the market in 1960. Production is still in their own factories today. More than 700 people are employed at three locations around Europe. Development, design, manufacturing, distribution and logistics are all carried out by Ziegler. This contributes to the speed and reliability of the entire production process. International partners supply thousands of customers with Ziegler rapeseed harvesting technology worldwide. The professional Ziegler technology with ESM knives achieves excellent harvesting performance and a long service life. Ziegler rapeseed harvester heads are particularly gentle and deliver up to 250 kg more yield per hectare. This is accomplished through consistently high quality of all components and highly specialized designs. Rapeseed knives and rapeseed knife kits from Ziegler are distinguished in particular by their fast and accurate cutting performance. The special ESM rapeseed double knife harvester heads work vibration-free and energy-saving and minimize losses. The rapeseed harvester heads can be driven electrically or hydraulically. With Ziegler rape knives right-left conversion is done easily and without additional parts. The patented knife guides are adjustable and inexpensive to replace. Ziegler rapeseed header extensions with ESM rapeseed double knives are suited for working widths from 3.6 to 10.7 meters and thus offer the largest work range worldwide.
