ESM at the Demopark 2005 in Eisenach

Visitors have been impressed facing the wide range of “Verti-2-Flail®” mowing applications and the first presentation of the brandnew developed doubleknife cutterbar system named “Impodux®”. Actualy “Verti-2-Flail®” mowing decks are avaible from 65cm up to 220 cm working width. ESM engineers are convinced that they have taken the correct decission when entering the market of professional small tractors and powerful frontmowers. In Eisenach the new developed VS 220 QUATTRO deck equipped with four rotors could be presented for the first time to the public interest Additional to several new deck designs there are new driving and adapting systems under construction work at present. In future all TWIN and QUATTRO decks will be available with adpation kids for hydraulic driven carrier vehicles as well as for usual three point hitches. Beyond all the activities arround the “Verti-2-Flail®” technology the ESM engineers did not lose sight of the cutterbar technology. In Eisenach a new doubleknife cutting system called “Impodux®” has been presented to the public. The development of this revolutionary technology is strictly following customers demands to reduce grinding operations as well as general maintenance efforts. By new development of most cutterbar and knife drive components ESM engineers could reach the target to reduce knife wear and maintenance efforts about 75% in comparison to usual professional double knife cutterbar systems.
